Registration remains in force until 30 June next ensuing after the granting of registration and may be renewed for successive periods of one year.

A notice of annual renewal fee due will be forwarded to the registrant in April/May each year.  A person may not practice physiotherapy while their name is not on the Register.  Confirmation of your professional insurance cover will also be required on renewal of registration.

Request for changes to Register

• Registrants should advise the Board in writing of any change in address or name.
• Change of name requests must be in writing and accompanied by a certified copy of marriage certificate/deed poll document/decree nisi.
