Draft Code of Conduct

The Draft Code of Conduct (link below) has been submitted to the Minister for Health for approval as required by the Physiotherapy Practice Act 2005.  Once approved by the Minister the Code of Conduct will become mandatory for all registrants.  A breach of the Code by a registered person or service provider may be considered unprofessional conduct.

At this time it may be used by registrants as a guide to the Board’s expectations in relation to conduct of registrants in the profession.
